Where can I find English Language past papers from WJEC?
This page links every English Language paper WJEC publishes for everyone to download, newest first, starting with June 2025. Each link opens the PDF on WJEC's own website. The most recent series is usually released a year or so after the exam, and it will appear here once WJEC makes it public.
Are there mark schemes for these English Language papers?
Yes, 7 of the 8 question papers here have a mark scheme, and 8 have an examiner report as well, which is worth reading for the mistakes that cost the most marks.
What were the English Language grade boundaries in June 2026?
In June 2026, an A needed 400 out of 500 uniform marks and an E needed 200 on English Language. On AS, an A needed 160 out of 200 uniform marks and an E needed 80.
