Cada número é copiado do documento de limites de nota publicado pela própria Pearson Edexcel para aquela série, cujo link está abaixo de cada tabela. Organizamos os dados por curso para você não precisar procurar em um documento que abrange todas as matérias, e nada é alterado nem estimado.
Por que os limites de nota mudam todos os anos?
Os limites são definidos depois que cada prova é corrigida, para que uma nota represente o mesmo nível, mesmo quando a prova de um ano é mais difícil que a de outro. Uma prova mais difícil geralmente tem limites mais baixos. Por isso, o melhor é corrigir uma prova antiga usando os limites do próprio ano, que é para isso que servem as tabelas aqui.
Quando são publicados os novos limites de nota de Physics?
A Edexcel publica os limites de nota no dia da divulgação dos resultados: para as provas de verão, isso acontece em meados de agosto para A-level e uma semana depois para GCSE. As séries de novembro e janeiro são divulgadas nos respectivos dias de resultados. Depois disso, nós os adicionamos aqui, geralmente bem antes de as próprias provas serem divulgadas.
