Por que os limites de nota mudam todos os anos?
Os limites são definidos depois que cada prova é corrigida, para que uma nota represente o mesmo nível, mesmo quando a prova de um ano é mais difícil que a de outro. Uma prova mais difícil geralmente tem limites mais baixos. Por isso, o melhor é corrigir uma prova antiga usando os limites do próprio ano, que é para isso que servem as tabelas aqui.
Quando são publicados os novos limites de nota de History?
A Eduqas publica os limites de nota no dia da divulgação dos resultados: para as provas de verão, isso acontece em meados de agosto para A-level e uma semana depois para GCSE. As séries de novembro e janeiro são divulgadas nos respectivos dias de resultados. Depois disso, nós os adicionamos aqui, geralmente bem antes de as próprias provas serem divulgadas.
