성적 경계는 왜 매년 바뀌나요?

각 시험의 채점이 끝난 뒤 성적 경계를 정해요. 그래야 한 해의 시험지가 다른 해보다 어려워도 같은 성적이 같은 수준을 의미해요. 시험지가 어려우면 보통 성적 경계가 낮아져요. 그래서 예전 시험지를 풀 때는 해당 연도의 성적 경계를 기준으로 채점하는 것이 가장 좋아요. 이 표는 이를 위해 마련했어요.

새 History A 성적 경계는 언제 공개되나요?

OCR는 성적 발표일에 성적 경계를 공개해요. 여름 시험의 경우 A levels는 8월 중순, GCSEs는 그로부터 일주일 뒤예요. 11월 및 1월 시험 회차의 성적 경계는 각 성적 발표일에 공개돼요. 공개된 뒤 여기에 추가하며, 보통 시험지가 공개되기 훨씬 전에 올려요.
